Some days you’re doing everything for everyone else… and forgetting you’re a person too.
I made this journal for those days.
The tired ones.
The overwhelmed ones.
The “I love my kids to bits, but I honestly need five minutes alone with a brew” ones.
This isn’t about being organised or doing a page a day.
It’s a gentle space to pause and come back to yourself, without pressure or guilt.
Pick it up when you feel like it. Leave it when you don’t. There’s no right way to use it.
Inside are simple prompts, honest reflections and quiet places to write (or just sit and think).
You don’t need to have it all together to show up here - this space is for a real mum, not a perfect one.
